Arrest made in dog cruelty case

ARGYLE, N.Y. -- Police reported an arrest in connection with an animal cruelty case in Washington County. New York State Police made the arrest Saturday after the dog was discovered Friday morning along the shoulder of a back road in Argyle, its legs bound with duct tape.
